Our return policy

We stand behind every Lamea product. If something arrives damaged, defective, or genuinely not as described, we make it right.

14-day exchange window

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund on any unused, unopened item in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at hello@lamea.shop with your order number and reason for return
2. We respond within 48 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective)
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

What we cannot accept

• Used or opened personal-care items (sonic facial brushes, etc.) for hygiene reasons
• Items beyond the 14-day window
• Items not in original packaging
• Customised or final-sale items

Damaged on arrival?

Take a photo within 24 hours of delivery and email us. We replace it at no cost to you, with priority dispatch.
