How long does delivery take?
14-21 business days to all six GCC countries. Free shipping over BHD 25 / AED 250 / SAR 250.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major Visa and Mastercard cards via our secure GCC payment partner (MyFatoorah). Local cards including Mada (Saudi), KNET (Kuwait), and Benefit (Bahrain) supported.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes if you're in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman. International orders outside GCC are not currently available.
Is the ultrasonic safe for all jewellery?
Safe for gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and hard gemstones. Not safe for pearls, opals, turquoise, emeralds with surface treatments, or antique/fragile pieces. See our care guide for details.
How often should I clean my jewellery?
Once a week for daily-wear pieces. Once a month for occasion jewellery. Eight minutes per cycle.
What's your return policy?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking link sent by email within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Do you charge customs or duties?
GCC orders are dispatched duties pre-paid. No surprise fees at delivery.
